Home was just finished being fully remodeled , new comfortable beds, cozy living room furniture, all updated bathrooms, kitchen appliances, and large covered patio with privacy fenced back yard. Home is managed by owner/property management company The Space: One story home with easy access with plenty of parking. This home is located just one mile from historic downtown Franklin, where you’ll find many retail shops and fabulous restaurants, take a short walk to beautiful Pinkerton Park, down the street from Factory of Franklin for Saturday morning Farmers market, unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment, and a couple minutes to Cool Springs for many more restaurants, shopping & fun. Large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, storage, and stainless appliances. You will find everything you need for cooking. 200mbps Wifi and cable, comfortable new beds, all linens, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll paper towels included. \*Fireplace is non functional Washer and dryer on site with ironing board and iron for your convenience. Yard is fully fenced in the back and dogs are welcome, there are 2 dogs maximum, they must be crated if you are not there with them. I literally had to take approximately 50 pictures to show broken items and disrepair to included a broken window…. To insure we would not be charged for damages, I sent them to owner of which they were aware. I had to wash all pots pans and dishes and even clean out the cabinets inside and out I. Order to have a sanitary kitchen. Trash can was filthy inside and out. Re: Linens - only top few towels were clean so I washed them ALL. Rain gutters were overflowing with debris. The outside patio area was filthy, including the furniture, so I had to sweep and clean all of that for it to be used. Had a 10 rating but it was the worst rental we ever stayed in and we have used VBRO for over a decade. Everything else was booked so we were stuck so had to make the best of it.
