"We had a flat tire around 2pm on route neat Columbia. Called the site and they said no refunds since the hotel was booked on Expedia. Finally after many attempts to contact Expedia customer “service”…they said the would contact site and approve a refund but then said the site was not answering phone and closed the file. Do better."

"My sister did not have any toilet paper in her room, the conditioner bottle was empty in our room, my husband found a dried up piece of food under the fitted sheet, the alarm clock in our room went off at 5:30 am. Our room did not appear to be as clean as we would have expected. Especially paying a high cost to stay there. My sister's room and our room were on the second floor. My daughter's room was on the third floor and she stated that they had all amenities, and the room was very clean."

"the front desk clerk, mike was very helpful and friendly. we have stayed here several times on our way home from florida. its about half way and very convenient just off I 81. with 3 selections of food practically next door."
