Newport Harbor Island Resort
You need to improve the kitchen. No fruit at 10:00 am is unacceptable. The bakery person who made our coffee was pleasant. Spa nail tech is excellent ! The indoor pool is so tiny. And no steam room or hot tub in the spa. Overall I’d not rate it the 4 stars. Maybe 3

Atlantic Beach Hotel Newport
Upgraded to the suite was perfect for 2 women traveling together, or kids and parents. Spacious room, great view of the bay. Unfortunately the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and parking was confusing due to construction.
