Love the ambiance and cleanliness of the property but it *is* a shared space so the cleanliness in the bathroom will vary. Same can be said with the quietness, I’ve been woken up by people being loud or bringing their suitcases in the quiet area even when it states you can’t bring it in. There’s only so much the hotel can control so you can’t blame them.

My friends and I needed a place to stay after landing in Japan late in the day. This was the perfect accommodation. It’s located just outside of the Airport! One piece of advice reserve the room ahead of time. Having arrived late in the day, chances of finding an available room is low. This place is that good. I loved the quietness. It really helped get me to sleep faster so I could wake up early to catch the next plane to my first travel destination.

I emailed the property prior to booking that I need a room from 9 am to 5 pm as I have a 10 hour stay and I received email from hotel that I can book online or come directly to the property at 9 am so I booked online but when I went there I was told I need to pay extra or wait until 2 pm to check in who would need a room for 2 hrs and why should I pay extra when I only wanted a room for 6-7 hrs and I book for whole night ?? Very bad experience I booked it after reading good reviews about the hotel but I had a terrible experience

It was a my first experience with a capsule hotel and I gotta say I really enjoyed it. The capsule area felt like getting inside a space ship. The toilet and showers were clean and was fully stocked. The hotel is also quite conveniently located right next to the airport terminal. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who has a transit in Narita.

Nice novelty stay with a great amount of ease being in the airport. Surprised on the quality of sleep. Ear plugs and eye mask really helped

Not for you if you get claustrophobic
Very clean and tidy. Great for a quick sleep or stay over as close to airport. I had some difficulty understanding the receptionist as she didn’t explain where the door to enter the building was so I walked back outside completely feeling lost. Then when I came back she showed me the door into the locker area. Separate male and female locker/amenities and sleeping area so felt safe and comfortable. If you get claustrophobic I’d say it’s not for you. I left the curtain up as it felt a bit warm and stuffy.

it was really convenient to stay overnight to catch a plane the next day. Registration and check out was easy and quick. The capsules were clean. the only issue i had was that there was no air con so it could get quite warm.

Very convenient overnight stay for an early flight out of Terminal 2. It’s adjacent to the train station. Easy to hop on a local train to nearby Narita Station where there are many shops and restaurants. The capsule pod is a little hard (both sleeping mat & pillow). Kinda like camping! U also hear alarms going off at all hours in the early morning. Use ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Note: no standard connector for Type-A plug, only micro-B & USB-C inside pod!

At check-in, I asked for an upper-row capsule (verbal and pointed at a picture). The Front Desk Attendant gave me a "Yeah, Yeah, Yeah" acknowledge which was more a "Yeah, f*ck-off" response. When I arrived at my capsule, it was a bottom row unit with a privacy screen that had a partially broken latch. The three units above me had people coughing throughout the night. No individual temperature control inside the unit. Showers, bathrooms, and lockers were very nice. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided. Overall the facility was very clean.

Simple process. I didn’t like letting the staff take a screen shot of my visa but I guess they need to do that? It was a bit noisy. Several other people staying made a lot of noise getting in and out of the capsules-perhaps a quieter screen to close the capsule would be better. Was hard to sleep. One or two people can in at about 1:30am and we’re talking a bit loud in the sleeping area. Otherwise, it was good.
