Dear Gianluca Passaretta, check-in time is written on the website and Expedia also sends a reminder some days before the arrival. You arrived at 14:00 and rang the intercom the first time, when the owner kindly told you to come back at 16:00 for the check-in, then a second time because you wanted to leave the luggage but there was none of us so it was not possible, then a third time insisting to go in and asking "what do I do now??". The owner just told you to come back later without screaming, but a bit annoyed. Then, at breakfast you were really irritating with the girls serving you, laughing at their face and making fun of them. While you were also telling your version of the story to the other guests insulting the owner, he arrived asking you to stop otherwise he would have been obliged to send you away. In the end, the scene you saw at the check-out was another "peculiar" guest who has already been reported to the local authorities for his violent attitude.
