This hotel was really in the best location. In the middle of all the restaurants and the train station etc. We had already stayed at another ryokan so we didn't take advantage of the other amenities that the ryokan offers apart from sleeping on cozy futons. This is a slightly older hotel, but it is suitable when it is a ryokan. However, there was only one electrical outlet in the entire room and you could hear quite clearly what was going on out in the corridor. Closing the sliding door to the bedroom helped a bit but it didn't take it all away, which was a little difficult for us.
