The staff are very attentive, the food was excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. We did have a problem in one of the rooms we booked and we were immediately moved to another room within minutes. The staff attend to you so well and make you feel so welcomed. We were able to leave our bags at the information center to go to the park alhands free. The provided bus to and from the train station is also a convenient touch. There is an incredible onsen on site, and the provided meal was laid out so beautifuly and had so many different new flavors and textures. Even if we didn't eat everything the experience was incredible.
