The manager was amazing and so was Daya but the others were awful. The 2nd night we were there the emergency alarm went off and we went down 13 flights of stairs with 2 children to find out the system was broken and they were "trying" to fix it. There was no notifications, no one apologizing nothing. Went off 6 more times in a 2 day period. No idea if there would ever be a real emergency. Plus woke us up twice with small children. Like i said manager is great but everything else was a nightmare

We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite. The unit has a full kitchen but dishwasher did not work. The refrigerator has an ice machine but it was not connected. The clothes dryer did not work which was a bummer since I washed clothes while there. The electrical plugs in master bathroom did not work. The unit is spacious and quiet. We walked to Catalina Ferry and Ocean of The Pacific. There is Vons nearby and pizza near hotel was good.
