MASTER BED:
The villa's master bedroom has a king bed with an adjacent master bath featuring a rainfall shower and tub that lies beneath a dreamy skylight. Enjoy a coffee on the sun-soaked pool deck waiting outside your sliding bedroom door.

GUEST BEDROOMS:
The second bedroom has a lavish queen-sized bed and a chic modern bath with a large rainfall showerhead, and bedroom three has a full-sized bed with an office area. The guest bedroom and bath have a separate wing of the home and its own access to the pool area.

POOL:
Float your worries away in the heated salt-water pool, beneath a fully screened-in lanai with an outdoor TV & live channels, lounge and dining chairs, a hammock, pool toys and a propane grill for those that love to grill outdoors. A new high-efficiency pool heater will keep the pool comfortable during your stay.

LIVING:
High vaulted ceilings and a spacious, fully updated kitchen opens to the family room, perfect for entertaining, playing board games and making memories with your family and friends. Piano is also availble on-site.

The villa is located on a quiet street with no thru-traffic, perfect for bike rides in the late afternoon sun. Two bikes are provided for your enjoyment.
Ease into the Naples lifestyle with beach chairs, cooler and beach towels that are all provided for you.
There is a two car garage but the owner maintains one car on-site in the garage.
