Walk to beach or bask in your private pool, fun and newly renovated Beach House

Four vacation/living experiences from this roomy Beach House designed for relaxing or entertaining couples, friends and the whole family.
Spend your day at beautiful Vanderbilt Beach, a short and scenic 0.6m walk (or use the included bikes). Chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels are all provided. You bring the wine for a remarkable sunset.
An oversized pool with waterfall awaits you at home during the day or evening. Wonderful enclosed lanai with a separate sitting and lounging outdoor living space (400+ sq ft). Weber grill. Turn on the outdoor gas fire pit for those slightly chilly nights.
Shopping, dining and bars are a short, 8 minute Uber ride up the street to the famous Mercato shopping center (<3 miles). Venture a little further and you're in downtown Naples, Naples Pier, Naples Zoo, and Waterside Shops. Head north to Fort Myers Beach, Jet Blue Park and Miromar shopping outlets are all less than 30 minutes away.
You beach house has three roomy bedrooms and two full baths. Easy sleeping for 6. WIFI, YoutubeTV in every bedroom, living room and outdoor lanai by the pool. Full chef's kitchen. New, separate laundry room.

Wonderful property for small group

Everything about this property was wonderful from the start. The communication with Brian was excellent. No question went unanswered for more than a few minutes. The property was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The lanai and pool were a great place to relax. We hope to stay here again in the future for a longer period. A week was not enough!

Lovely Small Home Walkable to Delnor Wiggins and Vanderbilt Beaches

We chose this home for its proximity to Delnor Wiggins and Vanderbilt Beaches as we enjoy both some beach time and going to the beach for sunset. Our weather wasn't stellar but managed 3 sunsets and 2 afternoons on the beach. The house is well-equipped, has all you need in pantry, spices, cookware, etc. The owner was lovely, very responsive and caring and we recommend this home. We like the North Naples neighborhoods for beach access. This time we went into Naples for dinners, as usual, but also ventured north to many good ones in Bonita Springs, even closer than Naples. The pool is small, not really suitable for laps, but warm. We like some of the nature things in the area, Corkscrew Swamp, some boat rides, etc Also, the house is a quick 35 min to the Ft Myers Airport so quick and easy. House has a master bedroom, second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a daybed, tv's everywhere and plenty of towels, supplies etc. Enjoy your stay. Enjoy yourself here.

Beautiful home and very close to beach.

The home was beautiful and exactly as advertised. The property manager Brian checked in on us numerous times to make sure everything was going good and if we needed anything. As were the neighbors they were more than accommodating and nice. We were so close to Wiggins State Park and Vanderbilt Beach. My family and I road bikes everyday to the beach. I couldn't ask to be in a more beautiful home with great Neighbors. Me and my family will definitely be staying again next year. I highly recommend.

Great Place to Relax!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this home, which is conveniently located near the beach. The cleanliness of the home exceeded my expectations, and it offered all the amenities we were seeking. One of the highlights was the fantastic seating area on the patio, complete with a television and firepit. It provided the perfect spot for relaxation while the kids enjoyed the pool. The inclusion of beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon was great, as it eliminated the need for us to bring our own beach equipment on the trip. All the appliances were in excellent condition. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this home to anyone in search of a nice vacation in Naples, FL.

Fantastic Naples Vacation Property

This home is the best rental we have enjoyed in Naples. It is very clean and has everything you might need included. The heated pool and outdoor lanai with comfortable furniture was a great place to relax and enjoy. The bikes were an added bonus. We look forward to returning again.

Perfect Place to stay

This is a beautiful home and looks just like the pictures, only better. It was clean and a great location. It’s close to many places: beaches, shopping, eating. Communication with the host was excellent and very punctual. My daughter stayed with me for a couple of nights. There is plenty to do at the house: puzzles, games, the pool, bikes. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I would love to come back and stay again.

Schöner Urlaub in Strandnähe

We enjoyed our stay. The house was cozy and had everything we needed . Walmart and many other stores are very close by for a quick stop for whatever we needed. THE most perfect vacation home!

This house was perfect for our family of four, including my 10yo and 19 yo. The house is beautifully decorated and up to date. Really there are so many wonderful things to say about this home. The location, the kitchen…. We loved the Lanai/pool area. My husband went on a bike ride everyday (bikes provided). There was even a wagon, chairs, etc for the beach!!!! Whenever I had a question about something, Brian was super quick with a response. A 10 out of 10 experience for sure.

Family vacation

This was our family's first time staying on the gulf side of Florida & we loved it. The house was stocked with all sorts of essential items & the pool and outdoor covered seating areas were enjoyed by all even during those afternoon showers. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a high quality rental in a quite community, close to the beach!

Great for a family

My husband and I stayed with our three kids - 8, 6, and 4. We were able to get all three kids in the twin bed room by moving the daybed mattress in. We all loved the pool- I thought it was great that there are 3 levels of depth in the pool. Great for all ages. It was so helpful that they had beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a wagon for trips to the beach. I recommend this house for a family stay!

Fantastic!

Our 2nd year staying here and enjoyed every minute. This home is great! Has everything you need. The outdoor pool and patio is like an extra room. We loved eating dinners out there and relaxing by the pool. The owner is extremely organized and responsive. Highly recommend!

Lovely home in a perfect location!

Lovely home and perfect location to enjoy the glorious weather. The pool was warm and refreshing after a day at Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park, within walking distance of the house. The patio had a covered section with a comfortable sectional sofa which allowed us to site outside and enjoy the rain.

Family getaway

Great location, great house! Our family of 4 stayed here for fall break and the adults and kiddos both had a great week! The house is a few minutes from both the beach and nearby restaurants. It was the perfect size and had all amenities we needed for the week. Host was available and gave very clear information for checkin, checkout and what was expected from us.
