Sale et mauvaises odeurs dans le logement
Le logement est enfoncé dans un sous-sol. Il y a des traces de remontés d'humidité dans tout le logement. De ce fait, il y a une forte odeur d'humidité et de moisissure dans tout le logement. La propriétaire a mis un diffuseur de parfum extrêmement fort. Je suppose pour masquer les mauvaises odeurs. La chasse d'eau des wc ne fonctionne pas correctement. Réponse de la propriétaire lorsque nous lui avons signalé le problème "appuyez très fort sur le bouton". Une blague ? Il y avait une ouverture au plafond dans la salle de bain (où se trouvaient les toilettes) qui donnait dans la chambre du haut : de ce fait, les odeurs de "toilettes" remontaient dans la chambre : très désagréable !!! Le ménage était mal fait. Il y avait de la poussière et des poils un peu partout. Et le réfrigérateur était rempli de boissons entamées de précédents locataires. Lorsque nous l'avons signalé, la réponse était "C'est une erreur de la femme de ménage " Encore une blague ? Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits mais sommes partis au bout de la première. Lorsque nous avons prévenu la propriétaire, aucune proposition de remboursement n'a été proposé. En 20 ans de location touristique, nous n'avions jamais vu cela.
