Spring Break
This was perfect for our family!! We like to cook and the kitchen was set up for all of our needs! The pool was very nice, especially after a day at the beach. We used doordash to deliver Walmart, but everything was within a few minites of the location. Naples beach at the pier is beautiful!! Loved our stay!!

Great Outdoor Space & Pool
The outdoor space and pool were amazing, surrounded by palm trees it was really a great space to lounge and enjoy time with family and friends. I liked that the pool was not under a screen and there were plenty of lounge chairs for our group. The house was okay. It was clean and spacious. It could use a few updates. The location was only a short drive from the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue. Loudermilk Beach was about 10-15 minutes away.

Lovely Stay
House is great for multiple couples. Also loved spending time in the backyard by the pool. Honestly was such a beautiful and fun space with the family. The house was a little old and needs some adjustments where the closet doors were broken and just needs to be updated in some areas. But overall loved everything.

Weekend get away
We were in Fl, for a wedding- the house accommodated all of us, close to the resort the wedding was held. Uber/lyft were reasonably priced as well. Pool area was nice and clean, only down fall was we opted for a heated pool and it wasn’t overly warm. House was nice and quiet, good neighborhood.

Average Home with some Issues!
Th house was not very clean when we arrived. Dirty dishes put back into the cabinets and silverware drawers (ones that the dishwasher didn't get all the way clean). The floors left our socks and feet black after walking around for just a short period of time. We contacted about the pool not being heated like it was supposed to be when we arrived. We were told by the local management company that they never received a ticket to turn the heat one but they would come out and do that that evening (by this time it was to late to use the pool that day, so she stated she would ask for that day to be refunded). The next day it was still not warm before we left for the day so I called again adn was told I had to turn the heat up to the desired temp (this was not relayed to me at all from either Vacasa or the management company when I spoke to them the day before). So at 11am that morning I turned the temp up before we left for the day and when we returned at 6:30pm the pool was not warm at all! I went to the unit and discovered an error message code on the unit that looked as though it said there was a "high pressure refrigerant fault". Not sure what this meant but I texted with Guest Services again and the local management company did not reach back out to me that evening. So the next morning (Sunday) we woke up and 2 folks got showers first thing between 7 and 8 and had NO hot water. I texted Guest Services again and the had the local management company call me and she didn't have a

We apologize that the pool heating hadn't been turned on but are glad we could send someone to address it and verify that warm water was coming out of the jets. We are sorry that you had some trouble with the hot water, but are happy that we were able to quickly address that as well once you reached out to us. Backyard Paradise!
Villa Rainbow was perfectly laid out with first floor master for my elderly father and a second floor master for my wife and I. two additional bedrooms for our son and guests. Very comfortable and spacious. The beautiful oasis backyard swimming pool and enclosed patio were perfect for privacy and entertaining family Our Vrbo host, Elizabeth was OUTSTANDING!! She responded promptly to any questions or requests. We would love to book the same time frame or perhaps longer next year!

Christmas getaway!
We stayed at Villa Rainbow over Christmas 2022. The house was everything we had hoped for. Our favorite place was the pool. With all the trees that surround the pool, it felt like we had our own little paradise. Elizabeth was quick to return texts if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this property and would rent it again if we are back in the area.

Lissi is a Super Host!
Thank you Lissi for hosting us! This house is in a superb location -close to shopping, restaurants, beaches. The pool is the highlight , beautiful palm trees and natural privacy. Lissi ws amazing host she answered all our questions and gave us all the flexibility to enjoy our vacation.
