Completely renovated spectacular bright space, high-end furniture, a fantastic huge outdoor area, firepit, outdoor dining table, and BBQ station. Minutes away from restaurants and convenient stores, as well as historical Naples Pier, Naples beach, and 5th Ave/Downtown. You don\`t want to miss this experience. We offer, beach bikes & beach equipment, welcome drinks, a coffee machine, a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers, a full patio with grill equipment, or just a screened lanai, huge yard, private parking, a fully equipped kitchen, and of course Wifi & Cable. You can Walk, Uber, or use the beach bikes that we provide. UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT - In order to prepare the space for subsequent guests, standard check-out time is strict at 11 AM. Failure to comply will result in a minimum fine of $100\. Late check-outs must be arranged in advance with the HOST. Gatherings and Parties are strictly forbidden. Unauthorized Gatherings and parties will be penalized with $300\. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without any refund. \- UNAUTHORIZED PETS - Even though we understand pets are part of the family, unfortunately, pets are now allowed. If you have a service animal, you must let us know so we can inform you about our house rules. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a minimum fine of $300, and up to $600\. \- A $200/per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest checks out. Monitors are installed in the home and the host will be remotely notified when smoke is present. \- An additional cleaning fee of $75 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS - GUEST acknowledges and understands that each and every guest or guardian is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury, or loss sustained to any person while in-residence, and neither the HOST nor the Owner accepts legal or financial responsibility. GUEST and guardians assume all risk of injury or other losses resulting from the use of residence or any other recreational activity while staying at the residence and will hold the HOST and/or Owner harmless with respect hereto. GUEST hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the HOST, Employees, Officers, Contractors and/or Property owner harmless from any claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way a result of GUEST use of the premises or items therein. Just a short drive to the more touristy parts of Naples such as the Pier and Tin City. The rental was very clean and we took advantage of the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and bikes.
