Nao fiz check-in, eles me recusaram e foram muito mal educados. Sei que marquei tarde então immediatamente liguei para marcar o checkin. Falaram que minha reserva nao existia e para reclamar com hotels.com

サンタルチア大通りの近くですが、こちらのホテルは1本奥まった通りにあります。通りが1本違うだけでここまで雰囲気が違うのか、と思うほどガラっと雰囲気は代わり不安を感じる場所に位置しています。入口も分かりづらかったです。アパートメントの１室でフロントなどもなく、チェックインの仕方が分からず困りました。スタッフの方はイタリア語のみの対応となります。 部屋自体は外観からは想像できない清潔感で不便な点はありませんでした。朝ごはんも美味しくいただきました。 チェックイン時にもう１つの部屋に違うゲストが来ると説明された気がしたのですが結局来ず、１人で貸し切り状態でした。通常は２組のゲストが滞在でき、浴室とキッチンは共有となる様です。 各観光スポットへは徒歩圏内でそう言った面では立地は良く、結果的には快適に過ごせましたが、通りの雰囲気は本当に怖かったです…。

DE TERROR
DE TERROR, está ubicado en el peor sitio, en una calle que parece muy peligrosa, empedrada y que no ofrece seguridad alguna. Es una locura arriesgarse a hospedarse allí. Para colmo de males me cobraron dos veces la reserva y no la use ni una sola noche. Reclame pero no he tenido respuesta.

Posto non adatto per un B&B. Il personale se è fatto vedere soltanto al check-in. Non sempre la caldaia è accesa, quindi per fare la doccia ci si deve aspettare la buona volontà del personale.

B&B Rosalù
Esperienza fantastica... consiglio la struttura a tutti... posto eccezionale, sicuro e a pochissimi passi da piazza del Plebiscito, dal lungomare e dal molo per chi volesse fare delle escursioni verso le isole; è tutto a portata di mano. Il responsabile della struttura è stato davvero gentile e molto attento ad ogni piccolo particolare. Se dovessi tornare a Napoli sicuramente ci ritornerò...
