Fabulous Accommodation in Great Location
Thank you to Giovanni for such an amazing stay. The room was beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail and very clean. The breakfast was lovely and communication was excellent. There were many fabulous restaurants within a few minutes' walk of the accommodation and the transfer service to the airport was very efficient and reasonably priced,

The San Mattia is a small hotel in two floors of a centuries old building in the Spanish Quarter of Naples. It’s in a great location, very near shopping, restaurants and within a 15 minute walk of many of the “must see” sights of Naples. Our room was very nicely furnished with high ceilings and extremely tall windows overlooking the street below. It was also very quiet. Our breakfast was left each morning in the hallway just outside our room. The hosts were helpful, responsive, and very accommodating , especially when we had technical problems with the initial booking. We highly recommend the Residence San Mattia.

Beautiful rooms, fantastic hosts. In a local and safe neighborhood. A first choice for anyone who wants a comfortable authentic Naples experience. Not to mention the breakfasts are delicious. The hosts speak perfect English and the rooms are very up to date. Overall one of my favorite hotel experiences

Perfect city break in Naples
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone who is looking for a city break in Naples. After meeting and talking to others we soon realised we were in the best area.great restaurants ,ideal hub . We certainly enjoyed our stay at Residence San Mattia. Owner was always available and very helpfull and he lives on site! Large room with high ceiling, close to all the services the city offers. Great location for lovers of the great city of Napoli.

Most amazing stay in Napoli
This place is so beautiful I kept extending, I didn’t want to leave. it’s clean, elegant, Beautiful bathroom and the whole apartment the way it’s decorated. Breakfast is delicious Location is great! WiFi if fast! Everything was just perfect!! Giovanni was very kind and helpful gave great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Can’t wait to come back! Had a wonderful experience!

The room has a fabulous design and it’s a great pleasure to stay there. All modern and high tech staffing inside an old authentic Napolitana building. Location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping as well. Giovanni, the owner, met us when we arrived, was extremely helpful and friendly. It’s actually a guest house with only 2 rooms, so you get personalized VIP care. Whenever I’m back to Naples, will definitely stay here. Thank you, Giovanni!

The place was great. The hosts, Giovanni and Maurizio were unbelievable. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and easy. Location was authentic and fun. Very comfirtable, clean .

Isäntä oli avulias ja piti huolta kaikesta. Paikka oli enempi Bed and Breakfast tyylinen paikka kuin hotelli. Huone oli iso ja hieno, vaikkakin lattiat olivat todella likaiset. Lovely place in local neighborhood
I really enjoyed my stay. It was like living like a local in very lively neighborhood. The room was spacious and combination of old and modern. Hosts are very helpful and friendly. I will stay here again if ever go back to Napoli.
