THE HOME:
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open concept kitchen, two dining areas, TVs in main living area, primary bedroom and 1 guest bedroom.

KITCHEN:
Fully stocked so it'll be like you're at home. Drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, silverware, hot water kettle, blender, and plenty of cups, plates and cooking utensils.

Quartz countertops, oversized island with seating, induction range, deep basin sink.

POOL AREA:
6 lounge chairs with mini-tables to hold your drinks, patio table with seating for 6, gas heater will heat the spa in 30 minutes.

The pool receives its chlorine through a salt system, which is much gentler on the skin than liquid chlorine.

**To keep our nightly rates low, we charge an additional fee to heat the pool ($75/day). No charge for heating spa.**

FIRE PIT:
Seating for 6.

BACKYARD:
Fully fenced with a privacy hedge, it's perfect for relaxing or playing yard games (we provide bag toss/corn-hole).

The lawn is Zoysia grass, or "northern" grass as many call it. It's much softer on your feet than traditional Florida grass.

GRILL:
3-burner Weber grill, 2 propane tanks provided.

BICYCLES:
Two beach-cruiser style bicycles, 4-beach chairs, and 2 coolers.

Conveniently located in the Palm River community (at Immokalee Road & Airport Road), you're only 4 miles from the beach and a bike ride away from Publix, and other restaurants and shops. I-75 is minutes away to hop on the interstate and explore Florida. North Naples waterpark Sun-N-Fun Lagoon is 1 mile away.
