We are located in a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL very close to downtown and within a short drive of 9 miles of beaches! Our on site amenities include a heated pool, a restaurant serving lunch and dinner equipped with a full bar, a BBQ deck with a Gazebo, and tennis and pickleball courts. The Space: Welcome to our completely remodeled and designer furnished fourth floor condo in Park Shore Resort! Accessed by a common elevator or stairs, our condo is entirely set up as a luxurious vacation rental. The kitchen features quartz counters that has dining for 4, a package of black appliances and is well equipped/ This unit has its own laundry that guests can use throughout their stay! The family room has direct access to the screened lanai and this room features contemporary and coastal chic furnishings with a dining set for 6\. The main bedroom has a luxurious King bed with direct lanai access. The en suite bathroom (#1) has a shower and tub combo along with an upgraded vanity. Bedroom #2 works great for a couple and their children or for multiple adults or children with its King bed and Bunk Bed configuration. The second full sized bathroom (#2) is just across from this bedroom and also contains a shower and tub combo and a single vanity. Outdoors, the large screen lanai overlooks Park Shore Resorts Pond. There is a love seat, 2 chairs and a coffee table with artificial grass on the floor of the lanai. On the opposite end of the lanai is a oversized chair. There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed per reservation. Occupancy is strictly enforced.
