I recently decided to put this unit on the rental market. It has never been rented before. Its first available date is November 1, 2023\. I am very familiar with vrbo. I currently own and manage another vrbo property, thirty minutes south of Naples, in Marco Island. Here is a link: www.vrbo.com/2506625 This recently renovated ground floor two bedroom two bathroom cottage/condo is nicely furnished with ALL new furniture and has been remodeled with a new white glass tiled floors throughout, new high end Kitchen Aid appliances and white glass quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. This unit offers plenty of privacy. Its patio overlooks a lush vegetation and a conservation green area, which explains its privacy and tranquillity. It is located on the quiet side of the complex. It is close to the pools area but far enough to offer relaxation and privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bedroom has a king size bed, new linen, NEW mattress, and a wifi tv. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, new linen, NEW mattress, and a wifi tv. The living room has also a WiFi tv. The living room set is very comfortable and new. The sofa is part of the Bernhardt collection. It is NEW and extremely comfortable. I offer paid Netflix and prime. You will be able to enjoy both in all 3 WiFi tvs. I am a semi retired local attorney and stay in this unit several times a year. This is not your typical rental. Everything works and the unit is spotless. The dinning area adjacent to the kitchen has a modern table and it seats 4 people. The living room and dinning areas have sliding glass doors which open up to the private screen lanai. It is very peaceful in the lanai as it overlooks a preservation area. There are no buildings on the other side of your patio. Under the Federal Fair Housing Act, refusing to rent to a family with children is a violation of federal law. Having said that, this property has been recently renovated with glass shower doors not suitable for young children, in my opinion. It is advisable, but not required, that families with young children, ages 7 and under, refrain from renting this property. The cottages are part of a 22 acre Resort in Naples and are located within the Naples Bay Resort, a quick 10 minute walk to old Naples and the fifth Ave District offering you some of the finest dining, entertaining and shopping in the area. If you don’t feel like walking, there is a complimentary shuttle that takes you there. The shuttle also takes you the beach and the pier. They run every day, every 15-minutes or so. The Cottage's immediate neighborhood is a lovely, safe, walk-able residential area. The newest East Naples hot spot, Celebration Park, only 5 minutes away. The Hotel and Marina with multiple restaurants are steps away, including Cafe on the Bay - a short walk for a great place to start your day or get that afternoon pick-me up. The resort also provides boat, kayak, bicycle, and paddle board rental services. They are located within walking distance at the Ship’s Store by the marina. THE CLUB AT THE NAPLES BAY RESORT ALL GUESTS can enjoy our luxurious club and its wonderful amenities to include five swimming pools, a lazy river, adult only swim and relaxation area, spa, fitness center, golf swing suite, pool bar and grill, restaurant & lounge, and several tennis courts. One assigned covered parking space and plenty of extra guest parking. Additional fees not included in quote and charged by Naples Bay Resort at check-in: Resort admin fee of $250/rental) and Club fee of $60/day plus 7% tax from November 1, 2025-May 31, 2026\. For instance, if you stay for 6 days, your total fees are $652.70. This amount is reduced to $150/rental and Club fee of $50/day plus 7% tax from June 1-Oct. 30, 2026\. Any long term stays 30 days to 6 months Resort fee $1500 plus administrative fees of $250 from November 1, 2025-May 31, 2026. Pool towels provided at Club. Beach towels also provided in master bedroom closet. Starter supplies for kitchen and bathrooms. Unit has full size washer and dryer. This upscale luxurious condo is so clean and beautiful and comfortable. Fully stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed our morning coffee relaxing in the screened porch! Our host was so accommodating and we couldn’t have asked for anything else! The amenities at Naples Bay Resort were also wonderful. We were picked up at our door daily and driven to the beach and supplied our beach chair, towels and umbrella. The shuttle drivers were so nice! Very welcoming staff also. We loved the fact that there are pools for families and pool for adults, both with food and beverage services. This unit is located in the relaxing and quiet part of the resort. The owner is also the property manager. This unit has been completely remodeled with high-end furniture. It is very modern and yet warm. The beds are new and comfy. Loved the large glass white floor tiles. I agree with the previous renter as far as the pictures not doing this unit justice. The owner says he will be updating the pictures on this site in about a week, when redesigning of the unit is complete. Book it, you won’t regret it. Will return next year. ##### Emma G. What a great condominium! It is renovated, spotless and large. The pictures don’t do it justice. It has high ceilings and plenty of room to move around. Extremely happy with the location, being a 10-minute walk from all the restaurants and night life of 5th Ave and Bayside. It has a very private patio overlooking a preservation area. This unit is close to the pools but not to close to hear the noise coming from the pool area. The owner is a great commutator, helpful and very easy to deal with. My husband and I are regular visitors to the downtown/old town Naples area. This is one of the the best condos we have ever stayed in. It is impeccably decorated. All of the furniture and furnishings are of good quality and new. The furniture and mattresses are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances. There is a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. This complex (Naples Bay Cottages) offers a complimentary shuttle to the beach and 5th Ave. The shuttle runs daily and departs every 30 minutes, sometimes quicker than that. The amenities of this complex are to kill for and worth the money: 5 heated pools, lazy river, pool bar with food and beverage service, full service spa, shuttle service, restaurants, golf lessons, yoga center, tennis courts, boat and kayak rentals, gym, etc. There is a Publix supermarket within a 5-minute drive.
