With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it offers approximately 2,049 square feet of space and includes modern amenities such as a stainless steel refrigerator, convection double oven, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Renovations include new flooring throughout, fresh paint, new cabinets, new granite countertops, and much more! This property is in a great location. It’s 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and the 3rd St. shops are literally in the backyard (which can be a bit noisy at times). The property has been completely remodeled due to the hurricane and therefore has all new furniture and supplies. We stayed here for a long 4th of July Weekend. Great location parked at the house and walked everywhere including beaches and restaurants and shops. Farmers Market two blocks away on Saturdays. Do not let the exterior picture fool you; the interior is updated modern and extremely comfortable. We slept on the recliner sofa because it was so comfortable we would fall asleep. Pool is serviced and great. Good for our pet with fenced in back yard as well as screened lanai. Will come back again.
