It was unfortunate that during our stay they were doing our street. It was loud starting at 7am and throughout the day. Chris the property manager was apologetic and even refund us a night. The house had two washers and dryers which was amazing. The house also had an abundance of beach chairs and towels. The dishwasher didn’t work so it was a bummer to have to wash everything by hand. Let me tell you with 8 people there were a lot of dishes to have to wash each day. Also the second fridge the freezer didn’t work and the fridge kept things mildly cold. Chris' place has everything you need with a great layout and every tool, utensil you'll need for your stay, including 2 washing machines. The pool and hot tub worked really well during our stay and the kids loved the outdoor space. The home is also very close, within a 5min drive, to the Naples beaches and is very central for shopping, groceries, golf and everywhere else you may need to get around Naples. We only had a couple of minor issues during our stay that didn't impact us, with one of the mattresses being a little old/sinking in the center, and one of the washing machines that needed to be cleaned. Chris was very responsive when we reached out with any questions. We'll definitely look to come back in the future! ##### Boris B. It was fully equipped very spacious, great pool/ hot tub. Plenty towels, & laundry facility. We used the outdoor bbq & entertainment area. Would highly recommend the house in a great location. The house was very clean and well equipped with whatever we needed. The pool/hot tub/lanai was lovely. Property manager, Chris, was super responsive and helpful. Good refrigerator and freezer space with two refrigerators and two washing machines and dryers were wonderful. Pool was great and enclosure made it extra enjoyable for sitting, eating, and talking insect free. Comfortable beds and house is bigger than it looks. Very strange. Owner was also concerned I was leaving hot tub mode on. I used in morning and night. The owner said there was blood in other rooms, I did not even enter any bedroom other then the one I used. I think hotels are just easier. ##### David M.
