A great deal on a rental in the heart of everything Old Naples has to offer. Steps from the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue. A short, very manageable walk to beautiful white sand beaches. Unit was perfectly clean, but could use some updates. Especially the bathroom. Also, a pet peeve of mine, but I’m paying hundreds of dollars in fees, I should not have to track down the owner/manager/agent whoever (the listing is unclear) to get basic info like the address and access code. Further, if I’m paying hundreds of dollars in cleaning fees, I’m not doing the laundry. These things are not a big deal, but could be handled better. ##### Jonathan R. We had an issue with AC not working & mgr responded quickly and moved us to a different unit since it wouldn'gt be repaired quickly. Manager's communication was good. Parking is assigned & convenient. We really enjoyed the pool - felt like we had it to ourselves. Only comment is that it's more dated than the pics make it out - everything is comfortable & clean so not a problem - just a littled dated and worn, and the sliding door locks weren't secure. ##### Liz H.
