It is a short walk to the beach, as well as to several restaurants. We enjoyed walking and had many options to explore, including along the beach. This condo is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed for our stay. The condo was clean and inviting. We cooked many meals in and had all of the kitchen utensils we needed. We enjoyed using the great beach chairs and umbrella provided. There is a wonderful view of the pool area and it was very quiet. We felt safe in this gated community. It was clean, they allowed us to check in early, and the pool and proximity to the beach if the Regatta generally can’t be beat. For parents with kids in a pack and play, the master bedroom has a closet big enough for a pack and play. Our two year old stayed in there and slept great. Thanks Masons! ##### John W. Overall we had a nice time here and our communication with the property manager/owners was very good. On the downside the property was not cleaned prior to our visit as when we arrived beds were not made and there was food and some other items in the kitchen. I called the managers after we arrived and they arranged to have a cleaning crew there the next day which we appreciated but they did not make any accommodation for our inconvenience. The pictures are exactly the way the condo looks. It’s beautiful!! The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad. There’s a closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and sand toys. Unit was clean, neat and comfortably decorated. A helpful binder of instructions was handy and appreciated. The owners were very responsive and helpful as well when a new security system caused a slight hiccup to our initial entry to the property. Location is within pretty easy walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach and the pool facility. We took advantage of both daily.
