Our stay was to visit with friends living in the mobile home park next to the Garden Inn. We have stayed numerous times. Our room was clean and on the ground level which was very helpful for my spouse. There is nothing negative to report.

Definitely in need of upgrades, air conditioner turns off when sleeping and it gets hot and frig is on floor. Breakfast was nice being by the pool but no fruit and just a lot of starches and boiled eggs. It was cleaned, but there is no phone in room to call if there are issues such as needing towels. We had to locate the number on-line which is no easy tasks with all of these online booking sites. The phone number should be located in the room at least. Would not recommend staying there.

If you’re traveling alone in need of a friend there is plenty of roaches to keep you company. We probably squished 8-10 in the span of 2 hours. The water pressure is low and the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way.

Paid extra for deluxe pool king- got a view of a wall. The bed cover is dirty, there’s hair in the bath and zero water pressure. Has a horrendous odor and the ac is really loud. For $200 you would expect better despite Naples prices. Not even a 1 star hotel and the staff is really rude. When I complained about seeing a wall despite paying for a pool view and not getting a receipt for $50 they charged as a deposit, she said I could leave but wouldn’t give me a refund. So I stayed and just got bit by some kind of insect. Praying it’s a just a flea and not bedbugs.

Because of the false advertising of this site byExpedia, our trip was less than perfect. We didn’t plan on having a car and booked this hotel because the advertising said there was a cheeki pool bar. There was an old cheeki that was used to serve breakfast. Now we had to go out to eat and drink. You need to update your ads. This cost much more because we had to use taxis and Uber.

This is an old property that has had some cosmetic updates, but it still retains features from the 70’s. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a pool and a they do provide a simple continental style breakfast. Considering that most other hotels in the immediate area are going for double (or more) than this place, for budget minded travelers, this is a good facility.

I likwle the easy accessibility of dining and shopping however the Inn was ot up to my liking i have been to many hotels anr A few Inns but Naples Inn beat the worst out there. The beds were so uncomfortable it pained myself and my wife's back. I wouls have to leave early ;if i booked a week.

This is an old 2 story motel that has been renovated. It is clean and seems to be well cared for. There are no elevators so if your room is on the 2nd floor you will be carrying your luggage upstairs. All properties in Naples are overpriced and this is no exception.
