Your King Suite has a double vanity and tile walk in shower and walk in closet. Your guest room offers a Queen bed and guest bathroom with a shower / tub combo. Stackable washer and dryer in unit. The den is set up for a dedicated office space. Enjoy your private balcony overlooking the vibrant lifestyle and iridescent lights below. The private community offers a pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, one assigned parking space, and bicycle storage. We also have two bikes you're welcome to use during your stay! Guest Access: Guests will have access to one assigned parking space, communal rooftop pool / hot tub (only 8 units share this space!), communal BBQ grill, bikes provided by owner, beach gear, and owner storage closet. Getting Around: We are located DIRECTLY on 5th Ave! Walk to all things the historic downtown has to offer! 10 minute walk to the beach!
