Located just a mere 100 steps away from the pristine white sands of the private beach along the enchanting Mexican Gulf, your dream vacation begins here.  
  
Elevated over three captivating levels, this townhome masterpiece treats you to partial Gulf and Bay vistas from the second and third floors. As an end/corner unit, it features inviting wrap-around balconies and a designated covered parking space. And the icing on the cake? Your own private beach access, a mere stone's throw across the street.  
  
Nestled in the Spanish-style courtyard condominium, this hidden gem shares its enchanting aura with just six other units. The courtyard itself, where you'll find a delightful plunge pool (5' depth) with a soothing spa/hot tub, offers a truly tranquil garden-like setting. The unit welcomes you directly from the courtyard, with the first level providing an inviting entryway and stairs leading up to the second level.  
  
On the second level, you'll discover the main living area. The "Blue Bedroom" guest suite offers a king-size bed with a 55" smart TV and an en-suite full bathroom (shower only).
