Enjoy the Naples lifestyle in this beautiful 2 bedroom + den home on an oversized corner lot with lake view located in the gated Lely subdivision of Prestwick Court. Step inside and be immediately greeted by a spacious, open floor plan and direct views to the nearby lake. The sectional in the living is large enough for you and your family to lounge around, or, step out onto the lanai to watch the birds and the serene lake view. Kitchen is fully equipped with the basics + more.   
  
Enjoy the master suite, so much better than a hotel! Direct views to the lanai, plenty of drawer and closet space for your long term stay, a large soaking tub and separate shower, his & hers vanities. Den is set up as an office with a desk space, as well as a couch nearby to switch between work and relaxation.   
\*\*\*Note for Peak Season: The 2026 season rental needs to start on January 30, 2026\. February-March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous timeframe has been rented.\*\*\*

Workouts are wonderful at the 3,600-square-foot fitness center at The Players Club, which includes the latest strength training and cardiovascular equipment, as well as a diverse schedule of group fitness classes including cycling, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, water fitness, and strength and conditioning classes.   
  
Conveniently located off US41, near Collier Blvd, Prestwick Place has quick access to the Marco Island beaches and many famous nearby Naples locations like 5th Ave, Tin City, Coastland Mall and the Naples Pier. This is truly living the Florida lifestyle!

\* 30 day minimum stay. The first season rental needs to start on or before January 1\. February - March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous month of the property you are reserving has been rented  
\* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking. Lease restricted to single family use.  
\* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application for Prestwick Place at Lely are: $150 application fee, $66 p.p. background check fee and $397.50 optional transfer of Players Club membership.   
\* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.   
\* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.   
\* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
