The Space: Welcome to the Imola Vacation Rental, a newly remodeled pool home just minutes away from the beach. This family-friendly retreat features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests in beds. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, while the second bedroom also offers a king bed. The two remaining bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for everyone. Step outside and discover your own private oasis with a screened pool, perfect for relaxation and fun in the sun. The backyard also features a grill and outdoor furniture, allowing you to enjoy family-cooked meals and poolside lounging. For added convenience, there is an outdoor shower and a half bathroom located by the pool. Inside, you'll find brand-new hardwood floors throughout the house, complemented by tile in the bathrooms. All four bathrooms have been fully remodeled and feature modern walk-in showers. The open kitchen, equipped with new appliances and countertops, serves as the central hub of the home. Other Things to Note: \*Pool heating is an optional add-on and requires an additional fee. The pool will not be heated unless this option is purchased, and if selected, pool heat must be added for all nights of the reservation. Due to noise and neighborhood regulations, the pool heater operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If outdoor temperatures drop below 65°F, the pool heater may take up to five times longer to heat the pool. While we hope for warm weather, we cannot predict or guarantee weather conditions during your stay, and no refunds are provided due to cold weather. We arrived at the property late at night and had a little trouble finding the code to enter the property. To our surprise the team answered our phone call immediately and helped us despite the hour. The service from the team was some of the best we experienced on our trip so far. The house was gorgeous and we will definitely stay again in the future. ##### Michalina J. Pool was nice (after we paid extra for heat) nice big Kitchen and had plenty of kitchen utensils. Had beach chairs and cooler to use at the beach. Improvements/suggestions-powerwash the pool deck, it was very dirty. Include all costs in the price, we ended up paying a hefty amount to heat the pool. It was disappointing to have added costs on top of the premium we paid to rent the house. The checkin process was complicated. Logging in and submitting documents to a separate website. Other rentals have had bikes, sand toys, pool toys- those types of things would be nice and improve the experience. ##### Patrick Z. The biggest issue was the ants! There were ants crawling all over the place—on the counters, floors and even got in our bed and luggage. We couldn't enjoy sitting outside by the pool because of the ants! It was really uncomfortable, and despite my attempts to clean up, the ants kept coming back. I even had to go out and purchase my own ant spray just to make the space bearable.Additionally, the quality of the amenities was subpar. The furniture and appliances felt cheap and worn out. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens were subpar. The kitchenware was also of poor quality and didn't meet the standard I was hoping for.Overall, this stay was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others. ##### Tressie W.
