The only thing nice about this hotel is the proximity to the airport for an early flight. This would be the only reason (in my opinion) to book this hotel. The process for check in at this hotel was so ridiculous it was almost comical. You show up in a very narrow alley to a gate in which you can’t even look in. My husband rang the bell and nobody answered. Our driver was being honked at and we couldn’t unload our bags until someone responded. There is no phone to call, which is crazy. Our driver had to go around the block 3 times to avoid blocking traffic in the alley. We finally got someone to open the gate, but then upon entry, nobody was at the desk. (This was 2:30pm). A guest at the hotel offered to help us and she finally got ahold of someone. This was a complete fiasco, I don’t understand this business model at all. The room was fine, (although it was booked as having a jetted tub, but there was nothing like that. Again, if you have an early flight, this is the only convenience of this property.

I stayed for one night before an early-morning flight from the Naples airport. The room was clean and spacious, check-in and check-out were fast and efficient, and the location is as convenient as it gets.

Very nice service from Salvatore. Overall super convenient location that walkable from the airport. It was so hot outside, but the AC was nice in the room and the rooftop patio was a nice place to get a bit of a breeze.

The entrance nor the road was labeled so it was hard to find. We were grateful that they waited for us and came looking for us because their sign and the entrance were not at the same spot. The road did not have a sign. They were within walking distance to the airport. But those are about the only 2 good things about this place. They were nice people, but the place did not meet expectations. I had booked a room with 2 beds, and they gave us one room with one bed because that's what they have left as our flight was delayed. Apparently you have to tell them in addition to select the room that says 2 beds at hotels.com. Just selecting a room with 2 beds and pay for it does not guarantee you 2 beds even though you paid for it. Also, my friend took a 10 minute shower before I did, and half way in when I was in the shower, the hot water was gone . The shower curtain did not cover properly so there was water spilling outside of the area. The room was supposed to be court yard view but the little window was so high up you can't see anything.

If you just need a bed and shower then this place is fine but don't expect so much as a bottle of water never mind a cup of coffee. Apart from being shown your room there is no other service provided by staff. There are very few services nearby except at the airport and most of these close by 9pm including access to food. it's too easy to hear conversations or toilets flushing coming from other rooms.

Perfect for a layover
Very comfortable, quiet and clean. Hostess stayed up till midnight to let me in even though I was half an hour late (although note there is a €20 late check in after 22:30) Beautiful courtyard - shame I was only on a quick overnight stay.

Can't beat this accommodation that is a 5-6 minute walk to the airport. I had a private room with a desk and a private bathroom with shower. Room is small, but there is a very nice terrace and entry for relaxing. The staff was fantastic: Texting the day before to accommodate my early arrival. They even sent someone to find me when I was "lost" a block away. I felt safe walking to the airport at 4 AM.

Presumably folks stay here for its proximity to the Naples airport. Be advised there is no place nearby to get decent food but there is a great rooftop patio. Wish we had bought bread, cheese, fruit and wine for a picnic. Food at the airport itself is bad except for a smoothie bar.

Pleasantly surprised
We booked this hotel because we had an early flight out. We arrived late in the evening and had a pleasant check in. Our room was small, but clean and ready for us. The bed was comfy, the pillows firm. All in all it served the purpose. At 4 in the morning we walked to the airport. The walk only took us 7 minutes and it was quite a pleasant walk. The streets were well lit and we felt safe. Definitely a must stay if you have an early flight.
