This first floor condominium has granite counter tops, tile floors, new appliances, teak furniture and is only steps to the pool. The gated courtyard is very private and used by only 12 units. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach through a lovely tree lined neighborhood. White sandy beaches and a long public pier are perfect for all activities including incredible sunset viewing. Less than half a block away you can find shopping, fine dining, art galleries, health spas and live theater. This smoke-free condo is one of the few in the heart of Naples that is affordable and available for weekly rental. Come and find out why million dollar homes surround this area. The unit was clean, well maintained , tastefully decorated and uncluttered. The location was excellent both within the small comfortable complex and in relation to town. We had a great parking place but barely used the car since most of where we wanted to go was within walking distance. It suited us perfectly. Owner was available for questions. We have and will continue to recommend this property to others. We enjoy visiting the Botanical Gardens, the Playhouse, walking around town and, of course, the beach. We have experienced fine dining at CAIO and Bistro 821\. Viginia's has a very nice small plate menu for a 'Happy Hour" stop.
