Good afternoon we are really Sorry to read you did not enjoy your staying in our hotel. We are really surprised to read that the hotel "needs a revamp "since the hotel was completely renoveted less than 1 year ago. Usually all the customer appreciated the hotel in general,the rooms,the cleaning and the staff. H22 Hotel Is situate in and antique building right in piazza Garibaldi which Is the train central station, 10 minutes by alibus for Capodichino Airport. We have different types of rooms in the hotel. The One you choose was a basic one(small size room), but we have also have different sizes like standard rooms , standard triple rooms and family rooms.We are glad you enjoy some aspects of our hotel. Good evening mr Marcus It was a pleasure meeting you and had the chance even if for a short time to talk to you for a while at the hotel. You told me you did not like the area and that you prefer a quiet area instead. Having different opinion Is Always good and Is very personal. In fact many people choose to come in the area of piazza Garibaldi ,the centre of Napoli, right in front of the main train station because the position Is convenient for many reasons . From piazza Garibaldi you can take the metro and go everywhere to visit Napoli, take the train to go to Pompei, Amalfi, Positano, go to the Port in 5 minutes and go by boat to Capri , Ischia and Procida, reach the International Airport in 10 minutes. There are Also restaurants ,bar, coffe shops, and many typical shops where Is taste original neapolitan sfogliatelle or eat vey good neapolitan food .I don t know the area you mentioned in your review so for me It Is not possibile to compare them. Good afternoon miss Rebecca thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are glad you liked some of the aspects of our hotel. We really try to satisfy the expectations of our guests. Sorry for the time you spent looking for the hotel. It is quite strange that the taxi driver had such a hard time to find the address. All the taxi drivers in Napoli know that many hotel are in antique buldings and especially in the historical centre of the town the are on the pedestrian areas. Our hotel is in Piazza Garibaldi which is the Central station of Napoli , on the main street. Outside the building with the wooden door there is a sign with the name of the hotel. We also send the day before the arrival a email message to the customer with all the indications "how to find us" to help our guests . H22 is an Hotel and is not a dormitory which belongs to another categories. We have reception 24 hours a day, all our room have several necessities, like free minibar, safe, air conditioning, desk, tv, quality linen bed and fresh towel changes every day.
