Great Location
This house had everything we needed/wanted and more. The house has comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, loved that there were beach towels. We grilled steaks for dinner next to the pool. One person in our group required close proximity to Starbucks and it was close! We walked to the beach for sunset, we drove to beach, parked and took the trolley to the other end of the beach. One thing that surprised us was the number of nightlights. At first I thought it was overkill until we went on to our next destination and there were no night lights. I realized then how much I appreciated them and sometimes it's just the little things that make a rental comfortable. We can't think of anything that we needed that was not in the unit. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly.

Great beach house
This little house was great for our family spring break with two teens. It is an little older and has been refreshed for a vacation property. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Ashley, the property manager, was very helpful and answered our questions and requests almost immediately.

This place is fully equipped with comfortable beds, full kitchen, very clean. The back area, with a pool, lounges is very private and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean!
Very clean property and great location. Only recommendation I would have is bring a fan if you like to sleep in cooler temps. The air is set and locked on 73 and we prefer cooler temps while sleeping. Thankfully there was a box fan on property, as we flew and weren’t able to bring one. The living area stays nice and cool. House is well stocked with everything you need!

Best VRBO yet! Paradise
Ashley’s place is your home away from home but better. My husband and I and our two daughters (a 2 year old & a 3 month old) had the BEST week staying here. Some of the many things we loved: -pool was amazing.. perfect temp.. toys and floats were so great to have for toddler and us! -grill worked great, loved grilling dinner at home -beds were SUPER comfy -place was very very clean (& cute!) -quiet neighborhood. Nights in the pool were so peaceful - close to beach. We drove because we had so much stuff for kids, but it could definitely be biked/walked (bikes available at house!). Parking garage at Vanderbilt beach was easy -close to groceries! Took my babies on a nice stroller walk up to Trader Joe’s (.6 miles) -laundry room - stocked with detergent etc and plenty of space to store suitcases -easy code access for come and go -well stocked kitchen for eating at home! -baby stuff!!! There were actually TWO mini cribs and a pack n play, a high chair, and lots of sand toysx What a WONDERFUL stay! We can’t wait to come back :)

Perfect Getaway!
We had a family wedding to attend in Bonita Springs so when the hurricane hit and damaged the rental we had booked we were scrambling to find a place in the area. Ashley's place in Naples Park was perfect! It is a lovely home with lots of space and a beautiful patio with a pool. I think we used every pot and pan in the kitchen too! Very satisfied!

I was very concerned about the condition of the property due to the recent hurricane but The host Ashley responded quickly to my questions and eased my concerns. Upon arrival we found the home to be very clean and in great condition. I would vacation there again.

My family and I stayed here last week and we did not want to go home. Ashley’s home is gorgeous. I had contacted Ashley about a pack and play and she accommodated every one of our needs before we even got there. Ashley got back to me so quickly. There was even a high chair for my baby which was huge. The pool is gorgeous and the beds are so comfortable! I wanted to take the bed home with me ha ha we will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much Ashley you are amazing!

Lovely beach cottage!
This home was Wonderful from start to finish! So beautifully and comfortably decorated and furnished. CLEAN! CLEAN! Has everything you need to feel like your own home! Beds are so comfortable. Really enjoyed the bikes and beach items. Ashley was so sweet and answered all my questions and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. 1 mile bike ride to beach. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient to EVERYTHING!

House 5min drive from the beach.
We had a very nice stay. Rooms are clean, spacious with a modern decor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. House is located 5min drive to the Wiggins pass beach and Vanderbilt beach. Pool was a plus, since the weather changes in the afternoons. If you can't go to the beach due to the thunderstorm there is always a "window in the weather" so you can enjoy the pool.

First Family Vacation
We had an amazing time in Naples and staying at Ashley's home. The entire process was easy! Ashley was prompt, courteous, and professional with all communication. The home is adorable and was perfect for our family. It is in close proximity to everything: beach, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Having a pool was a hit! If we were at the house and it wasn't during quiet hours, the kids were in it. They had a blast! The pool was accompanied with plenty of pool towels, toys and floats. The grill was a nice touch and worked great. We were thankful to have a place to bring our dogs for the family vacation. The dogs did so well and the reinforced fenced yard made having them there relaxing. We will definitely stay in an Ashley home the next time we are in Naples! Thanks, Ashley!

Great location, very close to beaches and stores. Extremely clean inside with nice yard with pool. They also have lots of pool floats etc, beach chairs umbrellas and towels. Everything you need for a fun time whether going to the beach or hanging at home in the pool. 3 king beds which we loved. Ashley was amazing to work with! Can’t wait to come back 😀

Comfortable family home close to Vanderbilt Neighbourhood/Beach
From the point of check in to check out we thoroughly enjoyed this property. The home was spacious with so many amenities to help guests feel right at home. Impressed by 3 spacious bedrooms all with King beds, one of which has slider doors leading to pool and backyard. The backyard is a private setting equipped with a in ground pool, many water inflatables, bikes, multiple areas for seating , Gas Barbeque. There are two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry/storage room and a carport. In the living room there are two sofas and a daybed. The living room and all three bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TVs. It was such a help having a washer and dryer. We had the washer malfunction at one point but this was resolved to our satisfaction promptly with the owner providing a replacement washing machine. We highly recommend this property to a couple or family wishing to vacation in Naples. Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Sanibel/Captiva Islands, Marco islands are all close by and make for good day trips. Conveniences of several restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, attractions are all within minutes away. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return one day. Beautiful home within walking distance to the beach! Plenty of room for our family of 5 and kept both teens and toddler busy. Wonderful locations, felt safe to let teens walk around and explore. Beds were comfortable and it was great to not need to buy pool toys, beach towels, chairs. Ashley was also wonderful and a great communicator. Highly recommend and we’ll stay again!

This house lived up to all it was advertised to be. It’s a great location, close to both the beach and shopping.
