With 4 bathrooms featuring both a bathtub or shower, everyone can freshen up in style. Additionally, there is a den with big screen TV with very comfortable sofa bed for those a guest. We hope you enjoy what our place and Naples has to offer. The huge lanai features dining, kitchen island bar gas grill, gas firepit, big screen TV. A gorgeous pool with fountains, sun deck, mood lighting and a gas heated hot tub is protected by huge panorama screening. Completely private as no neighbours can be seen and the southwest view down a serene preserve pond.Landscape lighting creates a magical night-view as do the twinkle lights in the roof of the lanai. Top quality furniture and professional decor. The modern kitchen features lots of cupboards and drawers, double induction range, and great layout with additional wet bar Room for one car in three bay garage. End of court provides quiet on the paver stoned lined exclusive street. The community is beautifully landscaped with fountains, winding streets and lush tropical ambience.The resort facilities feature a huge meandering pool with waterfall, lap pool, hot tub with disability lift. The newly renovated sports bar is open for business for lunch, including pizza often, happy hour and dinner with some entertainment. Fully equipped gym, exercise theatre and full service spa.Bocce and 8 clay courts with ball machine. Pickleball is located in another attached neighborhood, hosted by organizers and a food truck. The main Elegant country Clubhouse has a huge wrap around bar and dining most days all day with featured dinners. Entertainment and events for dining are featured regularly including fine dining experiences and celebrations.Our 18 hole TPC golf course is a much sought after experience.
