A perfect family home and a wonderful place to entertain with four guest bedrooms, living room, formal dining, a generous-size den, heated pool and spa with an outdoor covered lanai and an outdoor kitchen area with Wolf grill and Sub-Zero outdoor refrigerator. Large eat-in kitchen, Wolf oven and induction cooktop. Sub-Zero refrigerator and wine cooler. Miele built-in coffee station. Situated on a corner lot with a 2-1/2-car side garage with a separate circle drive in the front of the house to greet guests. Features - Vaulted living room ceiling, 10-foot door openings with solid wood doors, custom-designed wood trim, built-in wood closet cabinetry in each room, wood plantation shutters, new floors & tile. Dual-zone AC & heat, dual water tanks, hurricane shutters.
