Summary: This is unit I-353 and it features a lake and resort view from the screened lanai. We are located in a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL very close to downtown and within a short drive of 9 miles of beaches! Our on site amenities include a heated pool, a restaurant serving lunch and dinner equipped with a full bar, a BBQ deck with a Gazebo, and tennis and pickleball courts. The Space: Welcome to our completely remodeled and designer furnished third floor condo in Park Shore Resort! Accessed by a common elevator or stairs, our condo is entirely set up as a luxurious vacation rental. The kitchen features quartz counters, a package of black appliances and a counter that seats 4\. This unit has its own laundry that guests can use throughout their stay! The family room has direct access to the screened lanai and this room features contemporary and coastal chic furnishings. The main bedroom has a luxurious King bed with direct lanai access. The en suite bathroom (#1) has a shower and tub combo along with an upgraded vanity. Bedroom #2 works great for a couple and their children or for multiple adults or children with its King bed and Bunk Bed configuration. The second full sized bathroom (#2) is just across from this bedroom and also contains a shower and tub combo and a single vanity. Outdoors, the large screen lanai overlooks Park Shore Resorts Pond and Hogfish Harry's Restaurant. There is a love seat for 2 along with a outdoor coffee table, another love seat and 2 chairs all with cushions. There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed per reservation. Occupancy is strictly enforced. This condo doesn’t care about their tenants and just trying to make money by misleading people. Once we arrived, we were pretty upset with the pictures versus what we actually were staying at. It smelled like RV cleaner when we walked in the door and had to air out the smell of cleaner. They do not allow any flushing of toilet paper Which was not included in the description. Stains on sheets, no fitted sheets, It was very small and crowded an overly decorated crap box and for the price we felt like we were totally ripped off. Pool was nice but crowded. Location was good. Communication started off great, however, we were interrupted twice by maintenance people for issues that could’ve been taken care of after our stay. 1 being a dryer vent cleaner the other being an internet service. We were informed they would be there and one of the management teams people would be there to let them in and lock up. This never happened and the internet tech showed up 3 hours early. When he showed up we were all in our room and we had to leave all of our things unattended to go to a reservation we had previously made and could not miss. I asked the guy to lock up behind himself and he never did leaving all of our stuff exposed for anyone to come in.I asked the mgmt about why they never sent a member of their staff. All they did was apologize and try to blame the internet company. Don’t stay here. Overpriced poorly managed ##### Kevin R. The condo was quite nice, no complaints there. However, one of the reasons I rented it was because of the washer and dryer in unit. (Park Shore has a laundry room, but it’s quite small and not at all convenient.) Unfortunately, the small washing machine did not spin the laundry adequately, so the dryer took, literally, hours to complete a small load. We gave up after only a couple of tries. As a result, I had to return my grandchildren to their parents with a large load of laundry, more than half of what we packed came home dirty, and our towels were a bit grungy by the end of the week. I definitely feel that I paid for a major amenity that I didn’t receive. But the condo itself was quite nice and comfortable. ##### maureen p.
