We are located in a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL very close to downtown and within a short drive of 9 miles of beaches! Our on site amenities include a heated pool, a restaurant serving lunch and dinner equipped with a full bar, a BBQ deck with a Gazebo, and tennis and pickleball courts. The Space: Welcome to Park Shore Resort Naples, a tropical hideaway within a 13 acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, Florida. Situated amid serene waterways and lush greenery, our resort offers a tranquil escape that feels miles away from the everyday hustle and bustle. \*The condo has a King bed, 2 twin beds, a pull out sofa and 2 full sized bathrooms \*This is a second floor unit and there are stairs and a elevator to reach the second floor \*There is casual indoor dining for 4 and enjoy outdoor meals on the lanai or at the grilling gazebo \*This deluxe model features the largest size unit available in Park Shore Resort and has the bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo and a open kitchen \*Parking is available and abundant and on the ground floor There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed per reservation. This little gem has a great atmosphere and family friendly amenities. This particular unit is smaller than some others on the property, but it was plenty of room for our family of 5\. The unit needs some updating but everything worked with no issue and was very clean. Mike Z Rentals did a good job communicating with us and coordinating a late check-in with no issues. Don't shy away from this one if you are looking for a great alternative to a comparably priced hotel room. ##### Glenn J.
