Only 1.5 miles away from the beach, minutes away from nearby plaza which offers dining experience, shops, supermarkets, gas station etc. Well known downtown district is 4 miles away as well Mercato if you are looking for nighttime activities. This home is freshly renovated with high-end furniture, beds, appliances, and is awaiting for your journey in the Sunshine State. The private spacious back yard will provide a beautiful patio with a gas grill with equipment, swing, beautiful sunset colors for a well spent relaxing evening. 2 parking spots in front of the house, living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, back fenced patio and backyard Host will be available at all time for whatever you might need. 7/11(Gas station) right around the corner, Publix, Amore Ristorante(Italian), Starbucks, Outback( Steakhouse), Cibao Grille(Caribbean restaurant), Domino\`s( Pizza), Skillets and First Watch (Breakfast places), South Street Bar, Yard House Bar, Pelican Larry\`s Bar, Venetian Village ( shopping and high-end restaurants, etc all within a mile. We have 2 bicycles on-premise and also 2 car driveway. Uber is the main transportation used in Naples to get you around from point A to point B since is cheap and location is in your favor. If you decide to rent a car for your stay in Naples you would enjoy free parking or premises and around Naples everywhere you would go. UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT - In order to prepare the space for subsequent guests, standard check-out time is strict at 11am. Failure to comply will result in a minimum fine of $100\. Late check-outs must be arranged in advance with the HOST. UNAUTHORIZED EARLY CHECK-IN must be arranged, otherwise a minimum fine of $100 will be applied. Gatherings and Parties are strictly forbidden. Unauthorized Gatherings and parties will be penalized with $300\. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without any refund. \- UNAUTHORIZED PETS - Even though we understand pets are part of the family, unfortunately, pets are now allowed. If you have a service animal, you must let us know so we can inform you about our house rules. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a minimum fine of $300, and up to $600\. \- A $200/per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest checks out. Monitors are installed in the home and the host will be remotely notified when smoke is present. \- An additional cleaning fee of $75 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS - GUEST acknowledges and understands that each and every guest or guardian is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury, or loss sustained to any person while in-residence, and neither the HOST nor the Owner accepts legal or financial responsibility. GUEST and guardians assume all risk of injury or other losses resulting from the use of residence or any other recreational activity while staying at the residence and will hold the HOST and/or Owner harmless with respect hereto. GUEST hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the HOST, Employees, Officers, Contractors and/or Property owner harmless from any claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way a result of GUEST use of the premises or items therein. Cons: -The back door needs replaced. It got off track and my husband had to get it back on numerous times. -poor bedroom lighting -Confused by sign about not flushing toilet paper. Beautiful beds, well equipped kitchen and everything you could possibly need (beach towels, chairs, bbq, outside seating - you name it). Miki was an absolute pleasure to liaise with - always responding quickly to any questions. So helpful! The location was ok. We were able to walk to breakfast spots fairly easily and it was just a short drive to some of the most stunning beaches. If you’re looking for a good little spot to spend a few nights I would highly recommend. ##### Christina C. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean the property was. Whoever furnished the house has a good eye for detail. The espresso machine was appreciated and the back yard was great! I especially loved the beds and bedding. What does a traveler like most? A good nights sleep. The mattress was better than my own. The pillows were down, and the sheets were so soft, I couldn’t even feel them. Needless to say, I got a great nights 💤. So the next day we were off to explore- very good location. I can highly recommend this place and we’ve used VRBO at least a dozen times. ##### Susan L.
