Provides a peaceful setting with waterfront canal views. You will feel at ease in this spacious 2 bedroom-2-bathroom condo that is fully updated with luxury touches throughout. Comfortably sleeps 4 with a king bed in the primary & a queen in the 2nd bedroom. We are centrally located with all at your fingertips - 5th Ave/Downtown Naples (1.5 mile) 3 Miles from Naples Pier/Beach, Tin City (1 mile) Bayfront Dining/Shops (1 Mile) and more. Our unit is located on the ground/1st floor level of our 2-level complex. We have beautiful views of the canal from our screen in patio with a table and 4 chairs for you to enjoy. There are views of the pool area as well. Bedroom 1-Master has a king bed with a view of the canal, remote controlled blinds and a ceiling fan. Master bathroom has an updated walk-in shower with 2 sinks. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and lots of space for our guests. Guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo with a single sink. We also have a stackable washer and dryer in our unit to ease your stay. We offer an open concept kitchen/living room space. We offer seating for 4 at our kitchen bar area. Amenities such as pool and grill area are available for use to relax & unwind during your stay with us. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi for those that need to stay connected. We have the essentials needed for the beach, such as beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach towels and a small cooler. This unit comes with a starter set of toiletries and paper products for your convenience to help you settle into your relaxing getaway. Please note that these items are not replenished once depleted.
