With just 32 units and high repeat guests, one is fortunate to get in. The location is superb with an 8-10 minute walk to Fifth Ave and also Olde Naples. The bay view by the pool with its sunny Southern exposure is a treat, and with friendly Patricia at the pool snack bar ready to bring you refreshments to your lounge chair, it is a perfect getaway. We visited a family in the area so we weren’t around much but had we planned to be at condo, looking out to a beautiful view from the lanai, we would have been disappointed. Mar 20, 2018 #### Great week at Charter Club at Naples- Great Naples Location Rochelle was great to work with...her explanation of the property was right on track. Condo was furnished with all the basics and completely comfortable for our stay. Views from the condo (both bedroom and living area) were great. Very well kept. Only used kitchen for morning breakfasts and lunch. Location is great ...5-6 blocks from the best restaurants on 5th Ave and to 3rd St. We walked each day/night. Had read about the lack of elevators for luggage/people transport to 3rd level.....but that was not a problem for us. Pool area, hot tub, and "Tiki Bar" area were clean and nice. Great relaxing views each day from the pool area. This was a trip for good relaxation and fine dining. Beach area is walkable (\~6 blocks) and provides nice walking area. Also, complex has bikes for use and chairs for the beach but we did not use them. Staff at Charter Club including the Tiki Bar was good and very courteous... Fun week. Good location.
