The kids went crazy about the pool (which is quite big relative to other residential pools) and we loved the access to the waterway. It feels like a home - not a rental. The neighborhood is quiet and located near a walking park/path which we enjoyed daily.There's plenty of seating inside and out to gather and have meals or chat. The fan in the shaded pool seating made being out of the water/sun a pleasant temperature.
