2024 NEWLY RENOVATED CONDO BY THE BEACH #1

This 2024 Renovated Unit is located across the street from Naples Beautiful Beach and one block from fabulous dining and shopping on 3rd Street South. The condo offers 2 beautifully beach theme decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom offers a king size bed and the Guest Bedroom offers 2 twin or a King sized bed (upon request). There are large flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and a large TV in the living room. Premium Cable is offered in this unit with Wifi. The remodeled Kitchenette offers a brand new cooktop, microwave/convection oven and an apartment sized refridgerator. The Dining Area offers beach style dining with bench seating. The pool is located a few paces from the front door. Designated parking is close to this first floor unit, making this unit one of the most convenient in the building. There is a laundry facility on the premises, located on the second floor with an elevator for easy access.

Lovely, perfectly appointed condo in the ideal location. Unmatched hospitality from our host Mary ... very gracious. She did not miss a thing. Last time in Naples we stayed in what is considered the best hotel. It not even close. Highly recommended.

The home was appointed with everything we needed… for beach towels and chairs to sunscreen. The condo was comfy and roomy for 4 adults. TVs in all rooms, great AC, clean as a whistle! Comfy beds and living furniture! Location! Location! Location! The location is fabulous!! A block from the beach, a block to the historic town and shopping and less than a mile to the marina! An an easy walk to 5th Ave shopping! The pool was an added delight! We loved it! Highly recommend!

This condo was absolutely perfect! The location was better than described. The beach is less than a block away and 3rd Street was a short and easy walk as well. Mary provided everything that we needed to go to the beach (umbrella, wagon, cooler, chairs, etc.) and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials . Finally, the condo was very clean and so nicely decorated. Thank you, Mary for a wonderful stay. We plan to go back.

Super accommodating host! Mary thought of everything and bent over backwards when we had a travel snafoo. Condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location is a huge factor! Short walk to gorgeous beach; short walk to restaurants and shopping; 5-minute (or less) drive to 5th Ave. Beds are super comfy, and although it may sound small, the condo is efficiently layed out and cleverly furnished, making it feel plenty roomy. We weren’t ready to leave!

Perfect location! Beautiful condo!

My husband and I and our 2 teens stayed 4 nights over Memorial Day and had a wonderful trip. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need. Chairs, umbrellas, cooler, wagon, towels, beach toys, etc. The decor is adorable. The location can't be beat. Mary has great communication and answered any questions we had immediately. The beds are so comfortable that we asked her for info on the mattress because my husband now wants to buy the same one. Very clean. We will definitely be back!

Location Location!

Do not hesitate to book this - the location is excellent - short stroll to the beautiful beach - plus a quick walk to all the restaurants and shops on 3rd - loved it! We highly recommend - decor is beautiful and comfortable - and the large pool is right out the door! We would def. book again!
