The owner clearly spends time and effort on the grounds however, we were disappointed by the lack of privacy in our room, it being directly adjacent to the breakfast room with all the accompanying intrusive noise.We were warned the previous evening by the proprietor that this was likely altho we did not realise it would be quite so loud. "Really great place to stay. Great huge room. Shower pressure was great and jet bath was a nice addition. Just be aware, when using expedia to book and you choose to pay a deposit, the money doesnt come out. The property advised me they only take full payments or pay at property on arrival. "
