This condo unit is rented outside the Silverado resort, so any issues pertaining to the condo should be reported to the host only. The resort cannot help you with issues such as entering the property, housekeeping, or anything inside the unit not working properly. Please DO NOT go to the Mansion to \`check-in\` or request help with your baggage. Because Silverado is a bustling resort, noise from other guests, landscaping, work trucks, etc., is possible and is beyond host control. Insects may be seen outside and occasionally inside units. Because the condo does not have a mailbox, guests are not able to send any mail to the property ahead of time or during their stay. Silverado Resort is a prime location for exploring the Napa Valley. It is just off the Silverado Trail, where wineries such as Stag\`s Leap, Black Stallion, Silver Oak, and Mumm Napa are all located.
