The house is in a great location, perfect for 8 people. The host was wonderful and provided all the information. The amenities were lacking, the TV had issues and bathroom amenities were missing. The only thing available was a lots of makeup removal kits. The bathrooms needs an upgrade.

We have traveled to wine country many times (30) over more than 15 years. This is one of the best homes we’ve rented based on location and the incredibly well stocked kitchen. If you enjoy cooking, this house has everything you need. The access to the highway is easy and if you enjoy walking or running, you have many routes available. The host communicates wonderfully, the home is roomy, open and has so much natural light. Highly recommend!

Great place stay for a long weekend in Napa Valley. Kitchen was well appointed and the house was plenty big enough for the 8 of us staying at the house. Bedrooms were comfortable and multiple spaces on the first floor were perfect for relaxing and catching up with old friends. Private seating area outside on a patio with the smell of eucalyptus in the morning. Uber is necessary to get into downtown Napa and parking more than 2 cars was a little challenging on the busy street fronting the house but overall a great experience.

For visiting Napa with a larger group, this is a perfect property to consider. The bedrooms and living room area are large and accommodating. We had nine adults and we did not feel crowded. The appliances are new and the property is well maintained. There is only one parking space, but there is ample street parking very close. Communication with the host was good.

Great for multi-family trip
We didn’t have a ton of time to just hang out at the house due to being in town for a family wedding, but it was perfect for my family, my sister’s family and our mom. Parking was not ideal due to construction on the street and as prior reviews have mentioned, the street is very busy. Laura was very communicative and the house was clean and as advertised.

Perfect house for BottleRock
My husband, myself and 4 of our friends stayed here for BottleRock weekend and it was perfect. Everyone had their own room and space, common areas were perfect. It was technically walkable to the venue, but we usually did a Lyft or a pedicab. But very walkable to the store, hikes and baby goats!!!! 10/10 Recommend!

Perfect Napa location
We stayed at this location for a Bachelorette weekend in Napa. The location was super close to downtown and a perfect pick-up spot for wine tasting. It fit 10 girls well and had the amenities we needed. Cute and charming. Would stay here again. Laura was so easy to speak to and responded quickly to any questions.

Great spot in a great location
This home was exactly what we were looking for, somewhere close to Downtown, Yountville, and the wineries. The home was clean and bigger than expected, plenty of room for a group of 6.
Everything we needed but most importantly, communication was seamless from start to finish. We’ll definitely stay here when we visit again. Thank you, Laura for an amazing stay!

Great Home for 8 plus
We had family from Texas coming to visit and we wanted to spend some time exploring the Napa Valley. This home was a great base for wine tasting etc. Very comfortable...the 4 queen bedrooms were perfect. We did find that First Street is very busy, and there is noticeable street noise in the early am, but nothing that wouldn't keep us from going back to this great home.

Perfect family vacation!!
I can’t say enough great things about this house. We had 8 adults for a birthday celebration!!!! There was plenty of space for everyone!!! This house was centrally
located, very spacious, comfortable, and the kitchen had all amenities we needed to make meals. Loved that there were multiple gathering spots, especially if you needed a quiet spot to work. The house was very clean as well. Definitely a house I’d go back to. The host was very quick to respond with questions. Thank you Laura!!

Labor Day getaway
Has been tradition for a few years to meet up with friends for Labor Day. Had a great break away from home - enjoyed everything Napa has to offer from a base close to town. House was very well furnished and allowed plenty of space for 3 couples + 1 adult child.

The pull out couch was a little wonky and not a flat surface to sleep on.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Napa! The house was located very close to downtown Napa and very accessible to many different vineyards. The space was huge and all of the beds were very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space! We would stay here again!
