Family Summer in Napa

My wife and I have been coming to Napa for the last ten years and plan on retiring here one day. We thought spending a month with the entire family (5 kids) would be a good way to gauge our long-term plan of relocating to Napa. The month was fantastic for our family and this home was the center of it all. The house is beautifully appointed with everything you could need as a family. The outdoor space with the pool and bocce made a great spot for our family to just hang out. The location is perfect right outside of Napa. Chris did a great job communicating with us prior to/during our stay to ensure everything was on track. Kina (the estate manager) was on top of any issues that arose and made sure our month was enjoyable. And Bob and Anne were gracious enough to host us (along with the 6yr old twins) at their home one afternoon to taste great wine and share good company. This was such a great month for us and we cant wait to be back next summer! Cheers!

Heavenly!

We were lucky enough to spend the month of July at this incredible home and property. It's truly stunning inside and out, a perfect mix of gorgeous decor that is warm and inviting. There are views of vineyards and mountains from every angle. Bob and Anne were welcoming, kind and super responsive to anything we needed. Chris was awesome as well and answered every question as we planned our trip. Our two families enjoyed the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, neighborhood, etc. and all had our own space to return to at the end of a great day. This area of Coombsville feels like you're deep in the country yet only minutes to bustling downtown Napa (we rode bikes back and forth many times), with access to tons of amazing restaurants, wineries, farmer's markets, kayaking, biking, you-name-it! Always at the end of the day we couldn't wait to return to this beautiful home. Until next time...Thank you Bob and Anne!

Exquisite home and experience in beautiful setting

Words and even the pictures can’t fully describe the wonder of this hillside villa home. Located in beautiful Coombsville (latest AVA in Napa Valley), this home offers a unique world-class wine country experience. The property is so beautiful and thoughtfully designed and equipped you will never have to leave. The sun smiles down on the sparkling pool and spa deck all day with a new dreamy pool house offering fully functional support of shady stunning table, bath, and high-end outside kitchen. A few steps away, the regulation sized/surfaced and lighted bocce court was a fun pre-sunset mainstay as was a visit to the flourishing rose garden and fountain. A visit to the southwest of the property (i.e., sunset ridge) was a favorite way to take in panoramic vineyard views as the sun set on another magical day. With the quiet private country setting, It’s easy to forget that the property is so closely located to all the conveniences and charms of Napa and the many Valley delights and Michelin stars that beckon from up the nearby Silverado Trail. The interior is a perfect combination of living and entertaining spaces. The layout is brilliant with a natural flow of core kitchen-family-office-exercise loft(!)-master suite rooms that combine nicely with the easily accessible outdoor lounging and dining spaces. The unbelievable great room, dining room, bar, integrated sound system and temp-controlled wine spaces are masterful for entertaining generations of friends and families who will find all the bedroom suites inviting and comfortable. All the furnishings, appliances, fixtures and linens are of the highest quality and the property is lovingly maintained by the owners who are so welcoming and responsive - Thank You!!! We loved our stay here and can’t wait to return!!

Spectacular stay! Beyond 5 stars.

Stunning property that exceeded expectations. We are a family of four with two young kids and grandparents. The house was ideal for kids, adults, grandparents alike between the stunning landscape, pool, patios, bocce, sunset views and play areas. Beautiful property that is well appointed and thought through with every detail from the sheets to the towels to the kitchen appliances-all five star. We had our best family family vacation here and cannot recommend this property enough!
