First floor den, full bathroom, laundry room, sunny living room, dining room, and kitchen open to small but well-manicured private backyard with brick patio, Serena & Lily outdoor umbrella, and outdoor shower. Second floor primary suite with king bed and full bath, second bedroom with two twin beds, third bedroom with king bed and crib, and shared bath with combination tub/shower. Third floor bedroom with two twin beds and trundle beds ideal for children. Two mile bike ride or drive to Surfside Beach and two mile drive to town.
