Two items I would give a poor rating. The hot water pressure in the room is extremely low. Took me almost half an hour to take a shower. It's impossible to use the bath tub... Takes ages to fill up and the water becomes cold after that. I gave up... The room service was bad , I asked for some coffee and the staff on the line was unpleasant and seems to give an impression that I was bothering her peace.

Massive construction site outside my window!!!
I booked a deluxe room and requested to have higher floors and airport runway view. The hotel sent me a letter of confirmation and said they have allocated a room for my request. When I arrived and entered the room (room number: 880), I saw an excavator and airport control tower pole right outside my window. What a big surprise!!! There’s a massive new terminal construction going on out the window. I was not pleased at all because the tower blocked my view and the noise from construction was unacceptable! I called the hotel front desk and ask for a room change; they sent a porter over after 50 mins and downgraded me to a smaller city view room (room number 909) with only the airport terminal and car park view! It was so tired after the long flight and disappointed because I booked a more expensive deluxe room instead of a cheaper superior room, only because I wanted a good airport view without any obstructions blocking the view or if I knew construction noise but the hotel can’t cater at all and they would rather give out a room with a massive terminal construction site noise and views blocked. The room photos on your website does not reflect the actual room view you’ll get after check-in even if you pay more! If you want to stay here; make sure you book the cheapest rate available! Don’t bother paying more!

Super convenient layover hotel. Very easy to get to once you've gone through baggage claim and all around extremely comfortable. Friendly and welcoming staff and a solid spread of options for breakfast. It only took me about 5 minutes to walk to the check in counters for my flight after I left the hotel.

Very convenient location, just a few minutes walk indoor to the terminals. The hotel is fairly new, very clean. We only stayed one night there to catch an early flight.

Very nice hotel. Check in was slow and they weren't aware that we had already pre-paid. Other than that this is a lovely hotel to stay in , if you have an early flight the next day. Easy access from the airport metro train station.

Scammer Hotel
Had to change plan. They would not refund me. Even though I stayed before. For the $100 USD they lost a client and a clients customers. Who will never use them again.

I have shared your feedback with Revenue Manager. According to the reservation policy which guest could find on your booking website, the special discounted rate you chose was non-refundable. If guest chooses to change or cancel this kind of booking he/she will not be refunded any of the payment, unless the trip is cancelled or changed due to force majeure. Thanks for your understanding.
