Hilton Nanjing - Grade A stay...
Hilton Nanjing was a grade A experience. Check-in was quick. Room was spacious and clean. Global cable channels. Good location - Modern shopping mall was right next door with movie theater and restaurants. Some of the service staff didn't speak English that well - but it wasn't for lack of trying. I also had a meeting at Hilton Nanjing Riverside - from the lobby/restaurant view the Hilton Nanjing is a better bet.

Great hotel!
Great hotel! Fantastic foyer - great location. Large sports bar however the bar is not well Stocked. Impressive on the entrance With drinks available 24 hours for residents.

Front staff at check in wasn’t very friendly. Room is nice and clean. Reasonable price for that location and easy access to the subway station

A nice hotel to visit Nanjing
A very nice stay just beside Wanda Mall which is convenient for short visiting in Nanjing. A nice hotel with good service even though a bit old but clean and comfy. Invited family for dinner in Yueyang Restaurant and really enjoy it.

Excellent hotel
It was worth every penny. I loved the room! Everything was perfect, even the check in process was fast and the Chinese staff wasn’t impolite like they usually are. Very pleasant sta呀!

The Hilton Nanjing was comfortable, cool, great variety of food locations directly outside the facility. Good Sports bar with maybe the largest hamburger in Nanjing. Good service and friendly staff.

Good Place, Great Value
Hilton is located quite a distance from the main district in Nanjing but the superstores beside the hotel made it convenient regardless. Good value. Do prepare to travel a little into town.

Luxurious and Convenient
We did a quick trip Nanjing from Shanghai and the Hilton made the trip it a little slice of heaven.

High four but not a five...
Nice hotel in all respect, however breakfast is quite lacking compared to its price. Accordingly, the hotel also does not come with free WiFi. Overall, other than the things mentioned there were really no issues and the stay was quite comfortable. Will have to think hard about staying at this hotel the next time I'm in Nanjing since I can probably get a better deal elsewhere.

Only disappointment thing was no WiFi as I m was on Buisness trip it was very important for me to have a wifi and I inquired about wifi Front office desk ask for extra money which is really disappointing. These days even motels provide free wifi not good for a brand like Hilton to ask for the extra money for free wifi.

Comfortable stay
Hilton again hits all the right spots when on business trip. Comfortable bed, clean linen, spacious room, good shower, spacious desk. On negative side, staff not to the same level and lack experience and English skills. No breakfast option, either the buffet (very expensive even if good) or the buffet... And still no cotton buds in the room (should be easy to get no?). Would def stay there again!

Very hot in room and they would not turn on the air conditioning controlled by building. Finally after several complaints they turned it on but only for about 6 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. That means the entire building was hot in the rooms. I'm sure I wasn't the only one complaining. The Hotel just did not care. They were more concerned with saving a few dollars,mean while the guests suffer!

Luxury hotel in a good location
The air-con was was too hot at 25 degrees in the room, and the thermostat did not correct this. When the window was opened, it was then too cold!

These guys don't have their act together
Given the premium pricing, along with the obscene antics of Paris Hilton, Hilton is not my 1st choice for travel. However, given the proximity to the Nanjing Exposition Hall, I booked a room. Not good... was struggling out of the taxi with bags-not a doorman in sight. Waited an hour for a bowl of soup. Walked away from bkfst when no a la carte items were available (I guess they want you to buy the buffet). Concierge could not tell me which exit to use from the subway to the Exposition Hall. Last straw-had to pay cash for a train ticket purchase-no ATM machine in the hotel (walked around for 45 minutes looking for an ATM). Beautiul lobby, but skip the hotel-they simply don't know what they are doing.

Overall A nice Stay
Overall it's a nice stay. Room is clean, quite quiet on my floor. And staff made you feel welcomed. Their toiletries are Crabtree & Evelyn. Though in very small bottles, it's enough for one day use. The service at the breakfast is good! They showed you the way personally not only directing you by pointing out fingers. The check-in service is a bit un-organized. I guess it's due to there were a group of meeting guests checking in at the same time. No hotel staff to guide people stay in line. So if you are not one of the meeting participants, that means you don't have acquaintances, you have to wait till the group finishes their check in.
