The staff was kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay because the room was comfortable and the bathroom was also clean. The parking is also safe and secure as there are gates.

The hotel is in a good location. It’s not too far from downtown, and there’s a bus connection, but everything you need is also within walking distance. Overall, the hotel and the room were fine, but it was a bit odd that housekeeping only comes every three days, that you aren’t told this in advance, and that you have to make the bed yourself. The booking confirmation also never mentioned that cleaning is only done every 3 days. In principle, this is a good thing, and after asking several times, our room was eventually cleaned “in advance,” but I don’t think it’s right to do so without prior consultation or notification. Toilet paper was also in short supply, although this was likely due to a missed delivery. For 5 days, we had 1.5 rolls, and that was only because we actively asked for it. We can therefore only recommend the hotel with reservations.

Il personale è stato gentilissimo, noi siamo arrivati con un po’ di ritardo ma il check-in sono stati comunque gentile accoglienti. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade nella camera e tutto era in ordine. Mi raccomando se volete usufruire dei parcheggio vi conviene prenotarlo in anticipo perché sono a disposizione degli ospiti, un numero inferiore rispetto alle camere perciò non sempre disponibile. Noi siamo stati fortunati perché abbiamo trovato un parcheggio gratuito nell’immediate vicinanze.
