A stone's throw from Place Stanislas and Place d'Alliance, both listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, fully equipped and independent apartment near museums, the opera, the Pépinière park and the gardens.  
This location, 10 minutes walk from the SNCF train station, offers all amenities in terms of restaurants, shops and shopping, sports and cultural activities, walks, public transport...  
The apartment is pleasant and quiet. Recently renovated, its design, brightness and comfort will undoubtedly seduce you. Apartment on the ground floor of a quiet co-ownership (access by a few steps).  
Large living room of 27 m² with open fitted kitchen, dining area, lounge area with sofa bed.  
Bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, separate dressing room.
