"我们家小孩严重尘螨过敏，酒店非常仔细地打扫房间 。另外家人签证临时出了些状况，酒店表示出最大的理解和支持。 整体设施略旧，但是维护得很好，而且一些细节很周到。 食物尝试了一楼的自助餐厅，味道不错，食材新鲜。cafe就味道一般吧，量挺足的。 很重要一点是服务人员都英文不错，交流比较容易。 机场班车在楼下有个发车提醒的大牌子。发车很准时。 去成田市区他们也提供班车，可是我们没有尝试。打车回来十五分钟3800yen。"
